What this class is about:

I am a freelance writer and a freelance photographer. I am also someone who is passionate about teaching others how to train their staff in multiple areas. As a writer, I can teach your staff how to properly write an email, who the email should and should not go to, how to insert a document or other files, and other email etiquette that they should know. To some people this may seem like common sense, but to others, it is not. For example, there are people who are just entering the workforce who probably think that it is ok to insert emojis into  emails and to use texting slang, but that is far from the truth. 

Another thing I can teach your employees is what is considered to be good working ethics, how to address someone who has made unethical remarks or what to do if they do not want to handle this themselves. I would also be willing to teach a class on intercultural working environment and how to get along with and have a good working relationship with someone who has a different culture than you.
